Job summary

Great American Restaurants is seeking a friendly Server to join our team in Northern Virginia. You will thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment and help deliver an exceptionally distinctive dining experience.

In this role, you will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and collaborate with teammates to ensure timely service. Weekend availability and 18+ years old are required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to handle alcohol.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality is a plus.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following / essential functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
