Great American Restaurants is hiring a Server to join our team in the Northern Virginia area. You will work in a high-volume, guest-centric environment to provide guests with an exceptionally distinctive dining experience.

Top Servers earn $1,000–$1,500 per week, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and 401K based on eligibility. Paid training and opportunity for growth are also offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to handle alcohol.
• Must have weekend availability.

• Guiding guests through menus with thorough knowledge of items.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following / essential functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
