Great American Restaurants is an award-winning group with 14 restaurants, 3 artisan bakeries, and a BBQ spot serving Northern Virginia and Maryland. We seek a friendly server to join a team-focused, high-volume, guest-centric environment that delivers an exceptionally distinctive dining experience.

Top Servers make $1,000-$1,500 a week. We offer health insurance, PTO, and a 401K based on eligibility, plus paid training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to handle alcohol.
• Must have weekend availability.

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating knowledge of items.
• Taking accurate orders and serving food and beverages to meet guests' expectations.

• Assist in maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following / essential functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
