Sweetwater Tavern Centreville, part of Great American Restaurants, is seeking energetic servers for a fast-paced, high-volume dining room. You will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and ensure exceptional hospitality in a team-oriented environment.

Top servers make $1,000–$1,500 per week, with potential for growth, paid training, and benefits based on eligibility. Weekend availability is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to handle alcohol.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-centric dining is a plus.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following / essential functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
