Job summary

Great American Restaurants is seeking energetic servers in the Northern Virginia and Maryland area to join a high-volume, guest-centric team delivering an exceptionally distinctive dining experience.

As a server, you will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and collaborate with GARStars to ensure top-notch service, with paid training and benefits available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to handle alcohol
• Must have weekend availability

Duties include, but are not limited to the following / essential functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
