Job summary

Tustin Ranch Golf Club, part of Troon, in Tustin, CA, is seeking a motivated part-time Server to join our hospitality‑focused team. You will deliver attentive service, describe daily specials, and support guests throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering meals, handling payments, and maintaining a clean workstation while learning cross-trained bartending duties. A valid driver license may be required for range ball operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to the guests and answers questions about menu items.
• Takes food and beverage orders and delivers them promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains an organized workstation and performs side work duties.
• Sets up and breaks down golf stations each shift.
• Handles checks and cash transactions and uses the POS system.
• Follows established order taking and delivery procedures.
• Abides by service standards for greeting, cocktails, and service techniques.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.

Tustin Ranch Golf Club, located in Tustin, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation: $17.00- $17.50 per hour plus tips.

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to the guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guests promptly after preparation.
• Follows-up with guest to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains organized workstation and side work duties
• Setting up and breaking down golf stations every shift
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
• Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Position requires to be cross trained in bartending service
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Valid driver license required (driver license is will be required when operating the picker for range balls , golf cart)
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates/Licenses:

• Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of POS system
