Job summary

Tine & Cellar in Wisconsin is seeking an attentive server to deliver exceptional guest service under the direction of the General Manager. You will greet guests, answer phones, bus and reset tables, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining room.

This role requires teamwork, knowledge of the menu, and a willingness to grow beyond the basics. You must arrive on time for scheduled shifts and perform side work and cleaning as required by management.

Qualifications

Tine & Cellar is a culmination of rustic & satisfying flavors of the Old World with a vibrant & contemporary twist, paired with an extensive list of draft beers, fine wines, plus an exquisite craft cocktail selection.

Individuals holding this title will be responsible for exceptional guest service via the direction of the General Manager. Employees in this position will be required (but not limited) to performing the tasks listed.

• Provide exceptional guest service
• Answer phone per restaurant needs and guidelines
• Bus and set tables as needed
• Anticipate guest needs and address issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Possess a fundamental industry knowledge with the willingness to grow 'beyond the basics'
• Possess a full understanding of food menu items
• Work professionally with fellow employees
• Maintain scheduling availability as agreed upon during the hiring process
• Show up on time to scheduled shifts, missing work only in the event of sickness or emergency (proper notice required when applicable)
• Perform side work and weekly cleaning as defined by the Server Cleaning Guide
• Perform additional tasks as instructed by any member of management
• Help fellow employees with any and all tasks as needed
• Execute thorough open and closes
