Tine & Cellar in Weston, WI blends rustic Old World flavors with a vibrant, contemporary twist and an extensive list of draft beers, wines, plus craft cocktails. We are seeking individuals who will deliver exceptional guest service under the direction of the General Manager.

As a team member, you will bus and set tables, pre-bus water glasses, anticipate guest needs, maintain a clean, safe environment, and work professionally with colleagues.

• Bus and set tables in an orderly and efficient manner
• Pre-bus and fill guest water glasses with light conversation as needed
• Anticipate guest needs and address issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Possess a fundamental industry knowledge
• Work professionally with fellow employees
• Maintain scheduling availability as agreed upon during the hiring process
• Show up on time to scheduled shifts, missing work only in the event of sickness or emergency (proper notice required when applicable)
• Perform side work as assigned by the General Manager
• Perform additional tasks as instructed by any member of management
• Help fellow employees with any and all tasks as needed

Tine & Cellar is a culmination of rustic & satisfying flavors of the Old World with a vibrant & contemporary twist, paired with an extensive list of draft beers, fine wines, plus an exquisite craft cocktail selection.

Individuals holding this title will be responsible for exceptional guest service via the direction of the General Manager. Employees in this position will be required (but not limited) to performing the tasks listed.
