North Star American Bistro is seeking experienced servers to join our hospitality-focused team in Brookfield. We invite part-time or full-time candidates committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences and building lasting relationships with a loyal customer base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years serving in a high-volume restaurant.
• Availability to work nights and weekends with a start time between 3:30 and 4:00.
• Demonstrate consistency in punctuality and reliability.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, with a commitment to continue learning.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately take orders, input them into the POS system and ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
• Excellent customer service, including strong communication skills, attentiveness to customer needs, and the ability to handle various requests quickly and appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Accurately take and input orders into the POS system and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure correct orders and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization during each shift.

We offer a flexible schedule for full-time and part-time employees.

We also provide a very reasonable closing time of 8:00p M-W and 9:00p Th-Sa and are closed every Sunday and most holidays.

Benefits are available for full-time employees (32+ hours per week) after a 90-day probationary period.
