Job summary

13North in Town of Grafton, WI is seeking experienced hosts who are passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences. You'll welcome guests, manage wait lists, input orders into the POS system, and ensure accuracy of service while coordinating with the front-of-house team.

We offer flexible schedules for part-time or full-time roles, with benefits after 90 days for full-time staff and opportunities to grow with a new upscale casual brand.

Position Requirements:

Must have availability to work nights and weekends with a start time between 3:30 and 4:00

Demonstrate consistency in punctuality and reliability

Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, with a commitment to continue learning

Strong attention to detail to accurately take orders, input them into the POS system and ensure orders are prepared and served correctly

Excellent customer service, including strong communication skills, attentiveness to customer needs, and the ability to handle various requests quickly and appropriately

We offer a flexible schedule for full-time and part-time employees.

Benefits are available for full-time employees (32+ hours per week) after a 90-day probationary period.
