Job summary

Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo in Florida seeks a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service. You will take orders, write or memorize them, relay to the kitchen, and serve courses from kitchen and service bars.

Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment and use strong communication to ensure guest satisfaction. Must have at least 1 year of serving experience and be willing to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of serving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Write or memorize orders and relay to kitchen; serve courses from kitchen and bars.
• Serve patrons from chafing dishes at table.
• Observe guests and respond to requests; ensure meal completion.
• Complete all assigned side work and maintain a clean dining area; know menu and bar details.
• Total bill and process payments or refer patrons to Cashier.

Job Description

The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service to guests. This role ensures guest satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving meals and beverages, addressing guest needs, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding hospitality.

What You'll Do:

• Presentmenu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Writeorder on check or memorizes it.
• Relayorder to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Servepatrons from chafing dish at table.
• Observediners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
• Completeall assigned side works and special projects
• Must have complete menu and bar knowledge
• Totalbill and accepts payment or refers patron to Cashier.
