Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking Restaurant Servers to greet and assist guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure a positive dining experience. You will collaborate with kitchen and management to resolve questions and maintain smooth service, while upholding high standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities include taking orders, verifying accuracy, and assisting with seating arrangements for larger parties, all while delivering excellent guest experiences in a dynamic dining

Qualifications

• Ability to take and deliver food and drink orders accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork with management and kitchen staff.
• Friendly, adaptable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Restaurant Servers are the face of the restaurant to its customers. They attend diners by taking and deliver food orders, answering questions, and providing a great customer experience. They are also responsible for delivering checks, accepting payments, and tidying tables after diners leave.

• Take customers’ food and drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
