Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking friendly Restaurant Servers to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with accuracy and speed. You will help ensure a smooth dining experience by coordinating with kitchen and bar staff and resolving guest questions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area while contributing to a positive work environment and consistent service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced dining environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties

Restaurant Servers are the face of the restaurant to its customers. They attend diners by taking and deliver food orders, answering questions, and providing a great customer experience. They are also responsible for delivering checks, accepting payments, and tidying tables after diners leave.

• Take customers’ food and drink orders
