Job summary

AC Hotel Park City is seeking a Restaurant Server for an early shift (5:30 am–12:00 pm) to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience. You will deliver food and drinks, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service to guests in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle payments, tidy tables, and support team members as needed. The role requires attentive service, punctuality, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to meet guest

Qualifications

• Experience taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take customers' food and drink orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.
• Work closely with restaurant management to address customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders when clarification is requested.
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables for larger parties.

Job description

Restaurant Servers (5:30 am-12:00 pm) are the face of the restaurant to its customers. They attend to diners by taking and deliver food orders, answering questions, and providing a great customer experience. They are also responsible for delivering checks, accepting payments, and tidying tables after diners leave.

• Take customers' food and drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
