Peachtree Group in Alpharetta, GA is seeking Breakfast Servers to greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure smooth, friendly morning service.

You will work with management to address guest needs, coordinate with kitchen and bar, handle payments, and help maintain clean, welcoming tables. The role emphasizes customer care, teamwork, and reliable punctuality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or waitstaff roles is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle guest requests.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate and served promptly.
• Work with management to address guest concerns and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for clarifications on orders.

As the first point of contact for many guests, Breakfast Servers help create a welcoming and memorable dining experience. They provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, addressing guest requests, and ensuring tables are clean and properly maintained. They also handle payment transactions and contribute to a positive, efficient, and enjoyable breakfast service.

• Take customers’ food and drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
