Job summary

DoubleTree St Paul East is seeking Restaurant Servers to welcome guests, take and deliver orders, and provide an outstanding dining experience.

You will confirm orders with kitchen staff, assist with setting tables, and collaborate with management to address guest concerns and ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested.
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.

Job description

• Pay or shift range: $16 USD to $16.54 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

Restaurant Servers are the face of the restaurant to its customers. They attend diners by taking and deliver food orders, answering questions, and providing a great customer experience. They are also responsible for delivering checks, accepting payments, and tidying tables after diners leave.
