Job summary

Retreat Gastropub in the Central West End, St. Louis, is hiring experienced servers. Join a fast-paced, hospitality-focused team delivering warm, attentive service and great guest experiences.

We offer health insurance and full benefits for full-time employees. Nights and weekends are required, with dinner shifts Thursday to Monday and brunch Sunday. You should have prior server experience, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of food and beverage menus.

Qualifications

We are looking for experienced, hard-working, team-oriented Servers.

We have health insurance and benefits available to full-time employees.

The right person will be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, while still focusing on hospitality and customer service.

Requirements

• A person with a great attitude and work ethic, and gets along with co-workers
• Must be friendly, and focused on hospitality toward guests
• Must be available to work Nights (dinner shifts) and Weekends. We are open for dinner Thursday-Monday nights and Sunday for brunch.
• Proven experience as a Server / Waiter / Waitress in a fast-paced, high-quality food environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus (rum and classic cocktail knowledge is a plus!)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Nights and Weekend availability are required.
