Retreat Gastropub in the Central West End, St. Louis, is hiring experienced servers. Join a fast-paced, hospitality-focused team delivering warm, attentive service and great guest experiences.

We offer health insurance and full benefits for full-time employees. Nights and weekends are required, with dinner shifts Thursday to Monday and brunch Sunday. You should have prior server experience, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of food and beverage menus.

Formación

• A great attitude and strong work ethic, and ability to get along with co-workers.
• Friendly and focused on hospitality toward guests.
• Must be available for nights (dinner shifts) and weekends; dinner Thursday–Monday and brunch Sunday.
• Proven experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced, high-quality food environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus; rum and cocktails knowledge a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Nights and weekend availability are required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and take orders promptly and accurately.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions knowledgeably.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
