Job summary

Great American Restaurants is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Server to join our high-volume dining team in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. You will guide guests through our menu, take accurate orders, and work with GARStars to deliver exceptional food and beverages in a fast-paced setting.

Top Servers earn $1,000–$1,500 per week, with benefits including health insurance, PTO and a 401K based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have weekend availability.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following / essential functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
