Great American Restaurants is seeking a bartender to work in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting across our Northern Virginia locations. Top bartenders earn $1,000–$1,500 per week, reflecting tips in a vibrant team environment.

As a GARStar, you'll guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service while ensuring a clean, safe dining area and strong guest rapport.

Top Bartenders make $1,000-$1,500 a week!

Duties include, but are not limited to the following functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
