Job summary

Great American Restaurants in Northern Virginia is seeking friendly, guest-focused servers to join our high-volume team. You will guide guests through menus with product knowledge, take accurate orders, and work with GARStars to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Top servers make $1,000–$1,500 per week through a combination of base pay and gratuity in a fast-paced environment. We offer training, health insurance, PTO, and a 401K based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to handle alcohol.
• Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to the following / essential functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
