Sweetwater Tavern, part of Great American Restaurants, is seeking a server for our Sterling, VA location. You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment to deliver an exceptionally distinctive dining experience.

Top servers can earn $1,000-$1,500 weekly, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401K eligibility. Weekend availability is required for this role.

Top Servers make $1,000-$1,500 a week!

Duties include, but are not limited to the following / essential functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
