Top Servers make $1,000-$1,500 a week, with benefits including health insurance, paid training, PTO, and a 401K based on eligibility. Weekend availability and being 18+ are required to join our GARStars of the Washington DC area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age in order to handle alcohol.
• Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
