Are you energetic, guest-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our team at a high-volume Korean BBQ restaurant where exceptional hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail are the keys to success.

Position: Server

As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by providing outstanding service, guiding guests through our menu, and ensuring every table receives attentive and efficient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive and professional attitude.
• Guide guests through the menu, including Korean BBQ cooking procedures, food recommendations, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience.
• Assist with grilling and table-side service when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections.
• Work closely with hosts, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine or Korean BBQ is a plus but not required.
