A strong focus on accuracy, presentation, and timing is key to ensuring each guest feels cared for.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and guide them through the menu with confidence and hospitality
• Accurately take and input food and beverage orders, paying close attention to dietary needs and special requests
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards
• Support food running and bussing duties, including resetting tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
• Maintain awareness of all table needs, proactively refilling drinks and clearing dishes
• Check in with guests during and after meals to ensure satisfaction
• Follow proper sanitation and safety protocols throughout shift
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and cultural significance of dishes
• Execute side duties and opening/closing tasks with precision and care
