KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is hiring a friendly Server to join our fast-paced dining room. You will greet guests, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate, timely service.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, handles busy periods with calm, and is comfortable around grills. Requirements include 1+ year restaurant experience, a valid alcohol handlers certification, and reliable availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant experience.
• Hold a valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.
• Point-of-Sale systems experience.
• Strong communication and a passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint.
• Comfortable working around grills and hot cooking surfaces.

Responsabilités

• Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Listen attentively to guests to ensure correct orders.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Clean and organize the front-of-house server station.
