Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Scottsdale is seeking friendly servers to create warm, welcoming spaces for guests dining lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. You’ll take orders, deliver meals with care, and help guests discover dishes that fit their tastes.

No prior restaurant experience is required—our team trains you. We offer a fun, energetic environment, dining discounts, and opportunities to grow, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for fresh food and guest experience.
• Team-player with positive energy.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required; we’ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Share our vibrant menu and help guests find their perfect dish.
• Take and enter orders accurately.
• Deliver fresh food and drinks with care and speed.
• Keep the flow smooth—refill drinks, clear tables, and jump in where needed.
• Location: Scottsdale; stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds as needed.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
