Job summary

Hireology in Naples, FL is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver friendly and professional service. Open full-time and part-time positions are available. Staff must be available Mon-Sun for full-time; part-time shifts vary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
• Previous experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone.
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOPs.
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift.
• Complete all closing side work at end of shift.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance.
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform.
• Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas.
