Ten Thousand Waves’ izANAMI, a Michelin Guide recognized Japanese restaurant within a luxury spa resort in Santa Fe, NM, seeks a Full-Time Server to join our Front of House team. The role emphasizes hospitality, product knowledge, and guest-focused service in a high-standard environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of serving experience in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with a warm, professional, guest-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving seasonal menus.
• Availability to work flexible daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to professional growth.
• Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift.
• Safely lift and carry trays, equipment, and other items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Safely navigate stairs, narrow walkways, uneven surfaces, and outdoor dining areas.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Full-Time Server to join our Front of House team.
