Zuma - Vail is seeking a server to deliver attentive, guest-focused service in a contemporary Japanese dining setting. You will take orders, communicate dietary needs to the kitchen, and ensure a flawless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Must have prior restaurant experience and a passion for hospitality. Competitive pay is $12.14 per hour plus tips, with opportunities for growth and advancement within our Azumi collection restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.
• Previous experience as a Server in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, presenting dishes in an appealing and visually pleasing manner
• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations and offering assistance with menu selections as needed
• Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and replace items as necessary
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu, providing information about ingredients and preparation methods, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and maintain smooth communication between FOH and Kitchen teams
