• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends and at least 3 shifts.
• Must be 18 years of age, proficient in English, and able to stand and move about the restaurant for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Providing menu knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations.
• Delivering food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards.

The Granite Grill in Richmond, Virginia, is hiring part-time and full-time servers to join the opening service team of this highly anticipated, new full-service restaurant! We are looking for energetic, friendly, and attentive team players who love to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Servers are immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable about our steps of service, food and beverage menus, and company values. The opening of the restaurant is targeted for late October.
