Job summary

Sweetwater Tavern Merrifield in Falls Church, VA, part of Great American Restaurants, is seeking a friendly Server to join a high-volume, fast-paced team and deliver an exceptionally distinctive dining experience.

You will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and work with teammates to serve food and beverages that meet expectations while building rapport with guests in a welcoming, safe environment.

Top Servers make $1,000-$1,500 a week!

Duties include, but are not limited to the following / essential functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
