Job summary

Great American Restaurants in Northern Virginia; Maryland area is seeking a friendly Host to create a memorable first impression and guide guests to their tables in a fast-paced, guest-centric dining environment.

You will greet guests, manage reservations, answer questions, and keep the front-of-house organized. The role offers paid training, growth opportunities, health insurance, PTO and a 401K based on eligibility, with competitive starting pay in a high-volume setting.

Hosts earn $18+ per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greet guests as soon as they walk through the door
• Providing exceptional guest service
• Maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions
• Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
