Job summary

Great American Restaurants is seeking friendly servers to join our team in Northern Virginia. You’ll work in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment to deliver an exceptionally distinctive dining experience and to guide guests through menus with confidence and care.

Top servers make 1,000–1,500 dollars per week, with opportunities for growth, paid training, and competitive pay including gratuity. Health insurance, PTO, and 401K are based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age in order to handle alcohol.
• Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items.
• Taking accurate orders and working with GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations.
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them.
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant.
