Job summary

Ingo's Tasty Food in North Scottsdale is hiring servers to join our newest location. We value guest-focused hospitality, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting. Day and/or night and weekend availability is preferred; training is provided.

Servers should deliver friendly service, work well within a team, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and menu knowledge during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience is required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team-based environment.
• Willingness to work day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality hospitality to each guest.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and station checklists; demonstrate menu knowledge.
• Foster positive working relations with restaurant team members.
• Adapt to changing customer volume with urgency.
• Be open to cross-training in different areas of the restaurant.

We are looking for servers to join our newest Ingo’s Tasty Food location! Ingo’s Tasty Food is located off Scottsdale Road and Mayo Blvd right next to our sister concept, Buck & Rider! As the third Ingo’s location, ITF, is now offering guests all day menus including: coffee, full breakfast, pastries, lunch and dinner favorites.? Hiring Servers with terrific attitudes, experience that work professionally in a team-centric environment! Looking for team players with day and/or night and weekend availability. Servers should have guest service experience, comfortable within a high energy environment and have the ability to maintain professionalism and be level headed during peak hours and high-pressure situations.
