Qualifications

• Minimum two years of serving experience.
• Upscale casual or fine dining experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from greeting through farewell.
• Describe dishes, seasonal features, cocktails, wine selections, and food pairings for guests.
• Enter orders accurately, process payments, and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and beverages.
• Practice responsible alcohol service and verify IDs as required.
• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, culinary teams, and managers to ensure seamless service.
• Keep stations clean, stocked, and prepared for service; complete opening/closing side work.
• Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards; participate in ongoing training.
