Blueridge Restaurant Group is seeking enthusiastic servers to deliver warm hospitality and memorable dining experiences. You will guide guests through menus, describe seasonal features and beverages, and ensure accurate and timely service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of serving experience; upscale casual or fine dining experience preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance consistent with company standards.
• Able to report to work as scheduled, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Adhere to restaurant uniform policy at all times
• Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality while creating memorable dining experiences from greeting through farewell.
• Guide guests through the menu by confidently describing dishes, seasonal features, cocktails, wine selections, and food pairings.
• Execute all service standards and steps of service with consistency and professionalism.
• Enter orders, process payments, and ensure timely, accurate food and beverage delivery.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and beverage offerings.
• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, culinary teams, food runners, and managers to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain clean, organized stations and complete opening, running, and closing side work, including stocking supplies, and preparing the dining room for service.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
• Participate in ongoing training and continually expand product knowledge.
