• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining sanitary work environments and adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple orders simultaneously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Formal culinary training or certification from an accredited culinary institution.
• Experience in specialty or ethnic cuisine preparation.
• Proficiency in kitchen management systems or point-of-sale ordering platforms.
