Job summary

Minnesuing Acres (The Lodge) is seeking part-time Servers to join our team for morning, afternoon and evening shifts. The department collaborates with our culinary team to ensure meals and snacks are prepared and served according to guest expectations.

Responsibilities include delivering meals, maintaining beverage service, clearing tables, and decorating dining areas for events. Previous hospitality experience and strong customer service are desired; flexibility with holidays and weekends is

• Maintain beverage service at meals, snack times and at on-going beverage stations
• Clear tables, buffets and keep server kitchen area organized
• Provide excellent customer service in response to guest request, needs and expectations
• Decorate dining hall and buffet areas according to guest expectations or holiday
• Stock beverage cooler as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Built in 1961 as a private family getaway, Minnesuing Acres (aka The Lodge) has transformed into a secluded business retreat center and gathering spot for special events and family occasions. Located in northwestern Wisconsin on Lake Minnesuing, our 35-room facility offers large meeting spaces, delectable menu offerings and year-round outdoor and indoor activities.
