Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St George, UT is seeking a part-time Server to join Troon’s hospitality team. You will greet guests, describe specials, take orders, deliver meals, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years serving experience, availability nights/weekends/holidays, and the ability to handle alcohol (21+). Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with employer match, and service charge opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes daily specials to guests; answers questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions when appropriate.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties.
• Accurately processes checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
• Describes daily specials to guests; answers questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions when appropriate
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly after preparation
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties

Minimum Qualifications:
