Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate SERVER to join our dining team at Westmont of Cypress, a premier assisted living community. Candidates will support residents with meals and maintain a welcoming, hygienic dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass health screen including Physical, TB, and Drug test
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dining needs and ensure courteous service
• Follow proper serving techniques and etiquette (from the left, clear between courses)
• Maintain sanitary guidelines and comply with company policies and state/local regulations

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

• Strong customer service attitude.

• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)

• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
