Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work closely with team members.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long shifts, often 6+ hours.
• Multitasking ability to manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with menu ingredients to address food allergies and dietary needs.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain proper service certification from the state.
• Minimum age: 18 years.

Pay & Hours

Competitive pay of $18‑$25 per hour (plus tips), with flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage the guest dining experience by greeting customers, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals, and processing payments.
• Provide menu recommendations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean, sanitized station.
• Greeting guests warmly, answering menu questions, and providing recommendations.
• Utilize POS systems (Toast) to submit food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and check on tables to ensure satisfaction.
• Total bills, process payments (cash/credit), and return change.
• Clean and reset tables, clear dishes, and maintain station cleanliness.
