Job summary

Crested Butte Mountain Resort is hiring for Winter Seasonal positions for the 2026/2027 season. The Ski and Ride School Support Staff assist with day-to-day operations, including setting up fencing, serving food, and assisting instructors and guests.

Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour with both full-time and part-time shifts available. Housing is available, minors restrictions apply, and the company emphasizes safety, guest service, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Outdoor and indoor work capability
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality guest service
• Setting up fencing
• Serving food
• Preparing indoor space for guests
• Maintain a clean, safe and fun environment
• Communicate with parents and coworkers regarding child care
• Deliver varied children’s activities such as story time, games, chairlift rides and outside play
• Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly My Epic support to guests
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary: Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment both indoors and out? Support Staff is responsible for helping with the day to day operations of Ski School. Your day will involve anything from helping to set up fencing on the snow, to serving food, helping instructors with their students or greeting guest at check in. Everyday looks a little different in this fun, fast paced job.
