What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Greet Players with energy and personality; recommend drinks and upsell cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades.
• Mix a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to perfection; keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready.
• Collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver top‑notch service.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards; keep the bar clean and compliant.
• Live Topgolf’s core values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lb.; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Remain on your feet most of the shift; walk throughout your shift.
• Engage in a variety of physical tasks; maintain a can‑do attitude.
• Endure long shifts and high‑volume environments.
• Must be at least the legal serving age and hold necessary certifications where required.

Minimum $12.14 per hour (max $12.14). Tip eligible. Must have Sunday availability. Tentative start date: July 15.
