Job summary

Massanutten Resort in Virginia is seeking a friendly Server to provide outstanding guest service, take orders, and share information about the resort and surrounding areas.

You will maintain a clean station, upsell beverages and menu items, handle payments with the POS, and perform assigned housekeeping tasks as needed.

Schedule varies including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior serving experience is preferred.

• Must be at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Upsell products whenever possible.

• Process payments and accurately make change using point of sale system.
• Complete assigned tasks including wrapping silverware, cleaning windows, cleaning floors and carpets, filling and stocking condiments.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
