Job summary

Massanutten Resort is seeking a guest-focused team member to deliver prepared dishes, answer questions, and maintain a clean, organized service area. You will assist with light kitchen duties and ensure orders meet modifications and specifications.

The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and at least 16 years old. Schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays with pay at $4.75 per hour plus tips.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver prepared dishes to correct tables/guests with correct modifications and sauces requested by guests
• Assist with answering questions and fulfilling requests from guests
• Maintain an organized and sanitary work station including keeping condiments stocked for distributions with prepared dishes
• Assist with light kitchen duties including emptying trashcans, retrieving dirty dishes from dining room, and condiment sauce preparation
• Other duties as assigned by management
