Massanutten Resort is seeking a Buffet Attendant to assist with buffet food prep and service, including refilling items at the pasta bar and carving station, and upholding sanitation standards. You will support the preparation and presentation of hot and cold items and ensure line cleanliness.
Typical hours range from 32 to 40 per week with potential overtime. This role requires familiarity with buffet operations and a minimum age of 18.
Job Summary The Buffet Attendant is responsible for assisting with buffet food prep and service duties as assigned by the Sous Chef, including cleaning and refilling buffet items at pasta bar and carving station and maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards in the buffet area. Will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of all hot and cold food items and must be able to uphold company food safety and sanitation standards.

Familiarity with buffet-style food and beverage operations
