Job summary

Massanutten Resort is seeking a Buffet Attendant to assist with buffet food prep and service, including refilling items at the pasta bar and carving station, and upholding sanitation standards. You will support the preparation and presentation of hot and cold items and ensure line cleanliness.

Typical hours range from 32 to 40 per week with potential overtime. This role requires familiarity with buffet operations and a minimum age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Uphold standards of conduct, cleanliness, and food display and preparation quality, sanitation and safety.
• Restock and maintain buffet area.
• Serve food at pasta bar and carving station.
• Assist with daily maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks in kitchen.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain restaurant equipment, utensils, and tools.
• Load/unload trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Typical Schedule

Days

• Work: Saturday through Tuesday
• Off: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Hours

32 to 40 hours a week, with the possibility of overtime.
