Job summary

Massanutten Resort is seeking a friendly Bartender to greet guests, take drink orders, prepare cocktails, and provide information about the resort and surrounding areas. You will uphold safety and sanitation policies while maintaining a clean, organized bar and service area.

This role requires knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine pairings, excellent communication, and the ability to upsell. Candidates must be 21 or older and comply with ABC regulations; previous bartending or serving experience

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Fill alcoholic beverage orders for guests and server orders.
• Enforce ABC policies and regulations.
• Upsell products whenever possible.
• Communicate and work with the team to ensure efficient task completion.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Process payments and accurately make change using the point of sale system.
• Ensure proper rotation of stock, including beer, wine, and cocktail mixers, to provide quality control on perishable goods.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
