Job summary

Lifespire in Lynchburg, VA is seeking friendly dining services team members to support residents and deliver meals with care.

Join our mission-driven team to prep dining areas, plate meals, greet residents, follow HACCP guidelines, and maintain clean, professional standards while building meaningful connections.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.

• Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepping dining areas prior to meal service.
• Delivering meals to resident homes within the community.
• Plating and presenting food according to service guidelines.
• Greeting residents, reviewing menu items, and taking meal orders.
• Serving food and clearing tables efficiently.
• Following HACCP guidelines for safe food handling.
• Maintaining personal cleanliness and proper uniform standards.
• Demonstrating dependability in attendance and job task completion.
