Job summary

The Glebe - LifeSpire is seeking candidates for part-time and full-time server roles in a resident community in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities include preparing dining areas, delivering meals, and serving residents with hospitality and attention to food safety.

Must be at least 16 years old; prior food service is a plus but not required. Engage with residents in a friendly, team-based environment and follow all safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepping dining areas prior to meal service.

• Greeting residents, reviewing menu items, and taking meal orders.
• Serving food and clearing tables efficiently.
• Following HACCP guidelines for safe food handling.
• Maintaining personal cleanliness and proper uniform standards.
• Demonstrating dependability in attendance and task completion.
